How much does it cost?
It depends on scope — a standalone chatbot starts at $200/month, the full system (cold email + chatbot + CRM + automations) runs around $2,000/month. After the diagnostic we give you a fixed price, no surprises.
How long until it's running?
A basic chatbot: 5–10 days. Full system: 3–6 weeks. Each milestone is delivered working before we charge for the next — if it doesn't work, you don't pay.
Do I need to have something set up already?
No. We start from scratch or build on top of what you already have. If you have a CRM, we connect to it. If not, we set up GoHighLevel and it becomes your new operations hub.
What if AI isn't right for my business?
If the diagnostic shows AI isn't your solution, we tell you. We'd rather not close a client than close one who's going to be frustrated. The diagnostic is free and honest.
What languages do the bots work in?
Native Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Other languages on request. The bots detect language automatically if you need that.
What happens with my data?
It's yours. Everything is built on your infrastructure or accounts in your name — n8n self-hosted, your own GoHighLevel sub-account, your domains. If we part ways, you keep operating.
